I use these in my class each Friday to check in with my students' emotional and school well-being. This set is designed for Google Classroom to assign digitally. I love getting a little insight into my student’s thoughts on the week to make any needed adjustments for the next week. There are 4 sets of questions, plus one blank for you to customize with your own questions.

I love to send these home for little wins in the classroom. I print multiple on bright paper and have them in my supplies. When I notice a student do something awesome, I jot a quick note to their family. I then fold it in half, staple it closed, and write "To the family of..." on the outside. It is so fun for them to go home and give the note to their adult to find out that it is a good news note! This includes full-page color and black and white as well as half-page versions of each. I add my
