About the store
Lisa and I have been co-teaching both 7th and 8th grade classes together for six years. The combination of a reading teacher and a special education teacher has proven to be a great experience for us. Co-teaching allows us to have at-risk students work in focused learning stations to improve reading, writing and math skills. It allows for differentiated instruction and a positive learning environment for the children. While Lisa has been a special education teacher since 1997, I taught elementary school for three years and I am currently in my 14th year as a reading teacher.
