History Vortex

A classroom raffle (An independent group contingency) is a tried and true method to increase behaviors in almost any classroom. Pick one target behavior to increase, e.g. on time, on task, raising hands, in assigned area... and implement. Once your class has achieved one goal to satisfaction, move on to the next target behavior. If implemented correctly the whole class, including the teacher, will enjoy the process and will sail into a more positive and effective learning environment.
