Mario Inspired Task/ Incentive Chart

Students can keep track of their completed work with this chart, sorted by weekday and subject. I actually made this for my son about 3 years ago, but found it so helpful I wanted to share it as a free resource. You may find it helpful with students that have a tough time staying on task, or offer an incentive when the chart is filled. It's always a bit easier to grab the attention of kiddos when you find something they enjoy :)

If you haven't noticed, Fortnite is kind of a big deal right now. I know I haven't stopped hearing about it. Get the attention of your class with these fun incentive charts. The idea is to cover the "v-bucks" on the card, much like a bingo card. I laminate my cards so that they can be reused month after month, but its not a must. Odd and Even, + Arrays "PAC"

A wonderful coordinating piece to go with the "Odd and Even Numbers 'PAC' " freebie. This set expands on the concept of odds and evens, and goes into arrays as well. I'm still pretty new at this, so the pages may not be in the order they're intended to be distributed to the class, but Ill leave the order to your judgment. My recommendation would be to open with " 'Pac' a Picnic" , follow with "a-Maze-ing Arrays", and top it all off with "Partner Up". I hope you enjoy this little set. Please f

Odd & Even Numbers"PAC"

Just a fun way to start with common core standard 2.OA.3 " Determine whether a group of objects (up to 20) has an odd or even number of members..." One sheet is for odd numbers and the other for seeking out even number... makes it a little tougher to copy someone else's answers. Take a look at the other "PAC" math pages that compliment this freebie! Hope you enjoy!

About the store

Teaching style

I absolutely love all things science and history. I especially love the interesting facts that may not be included in the classroom curriculum. For my close reading articles, I try to find topics that are interesting and fun, while including a little bit of fun facts, history, and science. My kids are my design team, and my main inspiration, for setting the pace and determining the best way to capture the attention of children, tweens, and teens.

Additional biographical information

My son had a difficult time staying engaged in math, and word problems. So I made math sheets for him to practice, with themes that he had an interest in. After making video game inspired worksheets and rewards, I saw an amazing improvement and interest begin to grow in him. I thought I'd share some of the things I've created and, sincerely hope you find joy in utilizing them, and engaging your students in the classroom setting and at home.
