Mentoring and coaching clinical fellows (CF) starts with building relationships. This fillable PDF includes two pages of questions to help you get to know your CF and what they hope to gain from their experience. It can be printed or sent digitally and gives you everything you need to facilitate goal setting and self-reflection.
