I've learned that just as it's important for adults to set goals, that it's equally important for students to set goals for themselves. In my class I use these to help my students set quarterly and marking period goals for themselves. Teaching style

I do whatever it takes to reach my kids. I don't mind looking like a fool and will adapt my instruction to best meet their needs. I tend to be constructivist in my approach however... but ultimately...it's about what they need!
