IC SLP

This handout is designed for parents to complete during the interview or evaluation process. It provides an easy way to gather information about the words a child is currently using in their expressive vocabulary. The form can also serve as a helpful tool for speech-language pathologists (SLPs) when assessing a child’s vocabulary inventory and estimating the total number of words a student is producing.

This is a list of 20 CVC words specifically targeting final consonants for use in intervention, along with a visual cue called ‘Pop the Bubble’ to remind students to emphasize the ending sound.
