Present Simple to Present Continuous Verb
This worksheet gives learners controlled practice of changing verbs from the present simple to present continuous. It comes with an extension activity to allow free practice of putting those verbs into simple sentences. The worksheet prompts learners to use the subject/verb/object model of sentence construction. This worksheet has been used in my college ESOL class and learners were able to build confidence in their ability to switch verbs between tenses.
