Teaching style

Respect, understanding, and the grace to leave room for growth. These things create a safe space for students, or people, to fail, be vulnerable, and learn. This is my style.

My own education history

--Virginia Commonwealth University - English B.A. --George Washington University - Education and Human Development M.A. (Focus on Teaching Students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders)

Additional biographical information

Thanks for stopping by. I was a teacher for almost 10 years, now I'm an IEP chair. I had a hard time getting someone to teach me how to do my job, so I started developing forms to help myself. If it can help you or your team/staff also, then my experience will not have been in vain.
