The Typhoon Game is a way to make any worksheet/workbook page or questions engaging and interactive. This resource is a link to a 9 slide Canva Presentation to be used on a Smart board/Promethian board or any other interactive board. It also fosters a little friendly competition, as it is to be played as teams. Students/Teams select a box using ordered pairs to reveal a symbol. The symbol determines an action. Teaching style
I love movement, singing and engagement while teaching. I use games, guided centers and anything hands on! I believe learning should be fun, hands-on and purposeful! Students should be involved in making decisions about their learning. A classroom that plays together learns together and builds relationships. Building relationships is the foundation of teaching.
My own education history
I have an undergraduate teaching certification in Elementary Education with a Minor in English/Children's Literature. I received a Masters in Education in Mathematics.

I am a retired Major in the USAF with many experiences in different countries & cultures. I am a Disney/Harry Potter adult.
