Teaching style

My approach is individualized, engaging, and evidence-based. I believe that learning should be accessible, fun, and meaningful for every child. I customize every worksheet to fit different learning styles, skill levels, and behavioral needs, ensuring that both educators and parents can use them effectively. My resources are designed to be interactive, practical, and user-friendly, supporting a variety of ABA strategies such as reinforcement systems, visual supports, and structured learning.

Awards & shining teacher moments

One of my proudest teaching moments was working with a 3-year-old child with hemophilia and autism who was speech delayed. Within a year, he made incredible progress, gaining the ability to answer intraverbal questions, respond to WH questions, and use expressive language effectively. Another milestone was with my 6-year-old client with selective mutism, who initially spoke only at school but not at home. After just three weeks of ABA therapy, he began responding to his name and communicating at home, a breakthrough that deeply impacted his family. Additionally, I worked with a 2-year-old client with dexterity deficiencies, and through targeted interventions, he began successfully using a shape sorter and completing puzzles, improving his fine motor skills and problem-solving abilities. Seeing these children gain independence and confidence through structured support has been the most rewarding part of my journey.

My own education history

As the founder of Inclusive Learning Supports — with a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I gained most of my experience as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Limited Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), being based in New York, I had the greatest opportunities to work with children with autism and developmental disabilities across home, clinic, and school settings. Specializing in Early Intervention ABA for the past three years. My training was guided by a BCBA mentor with 20+ years in the field. I also conduct developmental assessments, design individualized programs, and provide parent training — which means every resource I create is grounded in real clinical experience, not guesswork. These worksheets are the tools I wish I'd had on day one!!

Additional biographical information

I didn't grow up with every advantage. I grew up as a first-generation American, with English as my second language. At 11 years old, already in 8th grade, I struggled to read at the level everyone expected of me. I would mix up my b's and d's at a young age. I dreaded the moment a teacher would call on me to read aloud in front of the class. The teasing was relentless, and it came from ignorance, from a system that didn't always have the tools or patience for kids like me. But one day, I decided to teach myself. I forced my way through it. I built my own skills, one word at a time. What I desperately needed back then were affordable, accessible worksheets I could take home and practice with quietly, on my own terms, resources that met me where I was without shame. I didn't have that. So I built it for the children who come after me. Having a family member on the spectrum, and getting close to people with children on the spectrum. I saw firsthand how the community is too often misunderstood, underserved, and mistreated by systems that should exist to support them. That lit a fire in me that has never gone out. Today, as a Behavior Analyst with years of clinical experience in homes, clinics, and school. I create the resources I wish had existed. Not just as a professional, but as someone who knows what it feels like to struggle, to be overlooked, and to find your way anyway. Every worksheet I design is built with one goal: that by the time our children reach their formative years, they are confident, capable, and ready to take on the world!!
