There are 42 short stories with HFW, vocabulary words, and reading comprehension. Each passage was written to cover specific phonics skills so as you teach and learn, your class can use these passages to supplement your reading/phonics curriculum. Each passage is designed to increase vocabulary, practice specific phonics skills, learn and retain high frequency words (HFW) and strengthen recall with comprehension questions. Teaching style
I definitely have a laid-back, hybrid style of teaching. I have to be flexible because of teaching children with learning difficulties across four different grade levels. I always incorporate multi-sensory strategies and opportunities for my students to move and engage in the lessons and learning.

My own education history
I graduated from Saint Mary of the Woods College in December 2009 with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education (K-6), Special Education (K-12) and a Spanish minor. In 2019, I earned my Master's Degree from Ball State University in Elementary Education with an Early Childhood Focus.
