About the store
Welcome to Informed Decisions! I.D. provides educators with engaging, culturally competent Advisory and social-emotional learning resources to engage multicultural urban youth populations! For over two decades I have worked with students whose ages have ranged from nursery school through high school and young adults. This includes: court and gang-involved, LGBTQ+, teen mothers, and special needs populations. Throughout my career I've taught, counseled, ensured support and academic intervention services, supervised, designed curriculum, and developed programs. A few of these programs include; Advisory, Family Groups, Conflict Resolution, Managing Difficult Behaviors, life skills, social-emotional skills, and Rites of Passage. I've also conducted staff professional development trainings on classroom management, program development, and implementation, as well as conducted trainings on various other topics.

Welcome to Informed Decisions! I.D. provides educators with engaging, culturally competent Advisory and social-emotional learning resources to engage multicultural urban youth populations! Informed Decisions provides Advisory and Social-emotional learning resources for teachers and counselors working with multicultural urban youth, teens, and young adults. Culturally, racially, and developmentally appropriate materials are created to engage, educate, guide, and inspire our young people. Students deserve to be afforded equitable opportunities to become productive contributing members of society.
