Students write their name on the log so that you can keep track of how many times the student has left the classroom, at what time they left, at what time they came back, and where they went. Great for English Language Learners! It has the student's name, reason: bathroom, water, or nurse, as well as the time they left and time they came back. I place this next to my classroom door along with a little digital clock so they know what time to write. ************************************************
