Brenna developed a love for movement at a very young age, and began practicing Yoga regularly in University. After finishing a degree in Physical Education at McGill. She began developing expertise in personal training, yoga and spinning instruction, Brenna became a professor at Algonquin College where she taught leadership, psychology, and fitness. Brenna has also taught elementary - high school physical education classes. This unique blend of psychological and physical knowledge qualifies Brenna to guide both groups and individuals through several categories of self-improvement.
Brenna’s journey with Inner Revolution began five years ago when she opened her first Yoga studio in Dunrobin, Ontario. She became so inspired by the healing benefits of yoga and mindfulness, she began hosting night classes in her home studio. After finding success with the classes, and feeling the support of her loving husband, Brenna sparked her Inner Revolution. And she’s only just begun. Finding your center and healing is a very individual journey. Finding the right tools for your internal tool box is the key. We are called to guide and educate others on different healing modalities. To be able to work alongside with my brilliant sister Lauren and her unique skill sets we can offer a wide range of opportunities for growth and inner connection.
