Experience

I am a licensed School Social Worker based in Greece, currently working in public primary schools supporting students with social-emotional and behavioral needs. I specialize in anger regulation, conflict resolution, and structured small-group SEL interventions for students ages 8–12. I am currently completing my MSc in Child & Adolescent Mental Health, focusing my research on anger and aggressive behaviors in school settings.

Teaching style

My approach is evidence-informed and practical. I design structured, step-by-step interventions that can be used in small groups (3–5 students), calm-down corners, or whole-class SEL sessions. My resources are designed to be simple, realistic, and immediately applicable in real school environments.
