I've built several allied health program for private, post-secondary schools as well as created many Train-the-Trainer program for new and experience instructors. I've conducted In-Service training sessions for instructors and administrative staff.

Teaching style
Student-Centered and Distributed Individual as well as Collective. I believe that EVERYONE has the ability to learn. Each person has a preferred method of learning. Students have a responsibility to partner with their instructor and build a trust where both parties are accountable to the other.
