With 20 years of experience in education, including as an art teacher and instructional consultant, I create resources that spark student creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. At Inquiry Club, my teaching style is all about creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking. I believe students learn best when they are actively engaged, exploring big ideas, and making meaningful connections. Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to pushing the boundaries of education—bringing innovation, creativity, and inquiry-based learning into classrooms. Some of my proudest accomplishments include: 🏆 Grant Recipient – I’ve been awarded multiple grants to develop engaging, hands-on learning experiences that merge art, literacy, and technology to support students in creative expression and critical thinking. 🎤 National Presenter – I’ve shared my expertise in curriculum design for gifted learners and project-based learning (PBL) at national education conferences, helping teachers across the country bring meaningful, inquiry-driven learning into their classrooms. 🏫 School Builder – I played a key role in developing a new school specifically for gifted students, ensuring that advanced learners have access to the challenging, enriching education they need to thrive. 👩‍🏫 Teacher Trainer – I’ve worked with educators at all levels, training them in inquiry-based learning, creativity-driven teaching, and student-centered approaches to empower both teachers and students. These experiences fuel my passion for creating engaging, high-quality educational resources that help teachers make learning more dynamic, student-driven, and impactful!

I graduated from Northern Illinois University with a B.S. in Education and the University of West Florida with an M.Ed in Educational Leadership. I am certified in Educational Administration, Elementary Education, and Art Education, with endorsements in Exceptional Student Education and English Language Learner Education.

Through Inquiry Club, I continue to design engaging, hands-on educational resources that make learning more interactive, meaningful, and fun for students of all backgrounds. I believe that education should spark curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning—and I’m excited to help teachers bring that vision into their classrooms!
