I was running into the problem with my middle schoolers that they would come ask for help before they would even try a math problem. I wanted them to be able to think through the problem first and attempt it before coming to me for help. This reminder poster is my solution. It is amazing how much more successful they feel when they at least give it a try first. Then I can look through their work and better help them understand.
