Experience

Helping students understand their inside world. 🧠Experience That Drives Every Resource🧠 I currently work as a K–5 school counselor in Concord, MA, supporting students across substantially separate classrooms, inclusion programs, and general education settings. Teaching style

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned as a school counselor is simple: you don’t need to reinvent the wheel. The most effective ideas are often born from collaboration—colleagues, shared practices, and real-time problem-solving within schools. That belief is at the core of everything I create. My resources are practical, ready-to-use, and grounded in real K–5 school counseling practice across inclusion, substantially separate, and general education settings. They are designed to be flexible enough for the pace of a busy school day, while still being meaningful enough to support real student growth and skill development. At Inside Out Learning Co., I believe the best school counseling work doesn’t come from starting from scratch—it comes from sharing what already works and refining it for real students in real schools. Every resource here has been built, tested, and refined through collaboration with colleagues and direct work with students. If it doesn’t hold up in a fast-paced school environment, it doesn’t make it into this store. ✨ The Inside Out Approach Students don’t just learn academics—they learn how to understand their inside world. That’s the heart of this store. Every resource is designed to help students: - Recognize emotions and body signals - Build self-regulation skills - Navigate friendships and conflict - Develop confidence and self-advocacy All through simple, structured, and ready-to-use counseling tools that save you time without sacrificing impact.

Additional biographical information

Why Inside Out Learning Co.? School counselors are expected to be everything—teacher, mediator, crisis responder, data tracker, and emotional support system—often all before lunch. This shop exists to change that experience. Here you’ll find: ✔ done-for-you counseling lessons ✔ small groups that run themselves ✔ visual tools students actually understand ✔ systems that save time, not create more work Because your energy should go to students—not recreating materials at 10 PM.
