Intelli-Seconds

This is a great measurement activity for Read Across America Week. Students must measure each Cat in the Hat and each Lorax in cm or inches, write a word problem using the measurements, write a number sentence, and draw a picture to solve. I had students make their own Lorax and cats to measure for this measurement activity.
