This is an editable individual learning plan template that I use for my tutoring students. The file can be edited in either Powerpoint or Google Slides. There is also a printable PDF version available in my store if you prefer to use it that way. This is a page that the student and I go over together. We keep ourselves accountable with it at the end of every learning session.
