Experience

I graduated from St. Edward's University with a bachelor's degree in Special Education. I started out as a behavior support TA in an elementary school before getting my first teaching position as a 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Science Inclusion teacher at Del Valle Middle School. Teaching style

As a special education teacher, I feel like it is my job to provide the same exact lesson in multiple ways to be able to reach every child in my classroom. I try to make every lesson interactive in some sort of way and my interactive kinesthetic word walls are my pride and joy. I love building vocabulary; because without it, there is no foundation to build on and the students will never understand the content.
