About the store
Welcome to our store! Interactive Starts is a collaborative project between a young couple. Chris is a librarian who often runs Preschool Story Time. He also leads Code Club, an organisation that teaches children how to code on computers. In addition, he creates interactive and educational artworks and runs workshops for children using music and sound technology. He has about two years of experience. Chelsea is a primary school teacher. From 2013-2014, she spent a year as a Fulbright Scholar in South Korea and taught English as a Foreign Language (EFL) to years 3-6. Since then, she has taught a first grade classroom in the United States. She currently works as a casual teacher in Australian schools. She served as a temporary Relief from Face to Face (RFF) teacher for one term and had the opportunity to work with years K-6.

Teaching style

We believe in engaging, hands-on learning experiences that target student interests. By interacting with the material through all of the different senses in many different ways, children will be able to commit the information to memory, understand its importance, and apply it to the world around them.
