Over 14 years of teaching bilingual students and students with different abilities, I have developed a deep understanding of the diverse needs and challenges these students face. I have honed my skills in creating inclusive and engaging learning environments that cater to individual learning styles. Through collaboration with colleagues, families, and support staff, I have implemented effective strategies to promote academic success and social-emotional development. My experience has taught me the importance of cultural sensitivity and the value of celebrating diversity in the classroom.
