I have taught for 12 years. I am a subject area teacher as well as a curriculum writer and developer.

I like interactive lessons in which the students are active participants. I love to use music, visuals, and hands-on activities.

I have been named teacher of the month, teacher of the year, and teacher of distinction among the teachers in my district.

I received bachelor of Biological Sciences and masters in secondary education from Mississippi State University, and also a specialist in curriculum and administration from Arkansas State University.

I am a wife to one and a mother to two :)
