Brittany Ford, educational consultant and founder of iTeachWeTeach Educational Services, has been a Texas school educator for over 10 years, serving as a math teacher, athletics coach, tutor, professional development liaison, instructional coach, curriculum evaluator, and academic dean. During her educational tenure, Brittany has experience in early childhood, secondary, and higher education. In addition, she has provided classroom coaching and mentoring, as well as extensive professional development to teachers, administrators and other educators at campus-based workshops and local and national conferences on topics such as math literacy, technology integrations, restorative practices, and game-based learning.

Graduate of Lamar Consolidated ISD. Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Sports Administration (University of Houston) Master of Science in Health Education (Prairie View A&M University) Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction (Texas Southern University).

Educational Philosophy ​“Children who are loved at home, come to school to learn; children who are not, come to school to be loved. – unknown author Passion is the one, most important quality for an educator to possess; you must genuinely enjoy what you do, and trust in your power. We are all innately curious as human beings, particularly as children and adolescents; meaning ALL children have an instinctive urge to explore and know. My job as an educator is to find innovative and engaging avenues through which to reach students in efforts to develop their academic knowledgebase, as well other skills necessary to be successful throughout life. Teaching is the only profession that creates all others; therefore it is critical that we, as educators, focus on individual and collective student growth and development because we truly shape the future.
