I have taught in public schools for over 28 years. I have experience in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grade. I spent several years teaching bilingual and dual immersion classes, as well as ESL. I spent three years teaching Utah State University; working with pre-service teachers and teachers continuing their education on how to incorporate second language strategies into their classroom instruction.

Christmas Present: Hundreds Chart Mystery Picture
To complete the mystery picture, students will answers questions concerning place value, patterning, skip counting, even/odd numbers, and addition and subtraction. They will fill in the answers to the questions on the hundreds chart. If they answer the questions correctly, it will make a picture of a package with a bow.
Kid-tested, and kid-approved for math practice and review while becoming more familiar with the hundreds chart!

I have a BS in Elementary Education, an MS in Instructional Leadership and Policy, and am working on a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction (with an emphasis in language and culture).
