About the store
Hi, I'm Caitlin Worth. I teach a Grade 1, 2, and 3 class in a public school in British Columbia, where I work in a Montessori classroom while following the provincial curriculum. Teaching in a multi-age setting has taught me a lot about what students really need to thrive—practical, meaningful learning experiences that are hands-on, adaptable, and engaging. Even though I’ve only been teaching for a few years, I’ve quickly realized how hard it can be to find resources that are both purposeful and flexible enough to meet a wide range of student needs. That’s what inspired me to open my TPT store. Every resource I create is something I’ve used or designed to support real students in a real classroom. If you’re looking for materials that save time while still being thoughtful and responsive, I hope you find something here that helps your learners shine.

Teaching style

At the heart of my teaching is a commitment to creating hands-on, differentiated learning experiences that foster autonomy, compassion, and connection. My classroom is a place where students feel safe to take risks, explore deeply, and develop confidence in themselves as learners. I’m especially passionate about two areas: teaching reading through the science of reading and structured literacy, and embedding social-emotional learning into every part of the school day. Whether it’s a phonics lesson, a science exploration, or a morning meeting, I intentionally weave SEL practices into how we learn and interact as a community. My goal is always to design learning that is meaningful, inclusive, and responsive to the diverse needs in my classroom. I want students to feel excited about what they’re learning, supported in how they learn it, and empowered to take ownership of their growth. Every resource I share is created with those values in mind.

My own education history

I graduated from the University of British Columbia with my Bachelor of Arts Degree with my major in psychology, as well as my Bachelor of Education Degree, with a focus on Social Emotional Learning. I have taken additional courses through Queen's University to extend my learning in Kindergarten Education and Reading Instruction.
