With my students, they cut out the title and glue to their journal, and then cut out the squares with the problems and tabs. They glue the tabs (seperated by a thin line so they don't cut it off), and fold them back to create a flap when it is glued down. Then they write the number represented by base ten blocks underneath the flap.
