This is a whole health lesson which can be taught to nearly any age group. It covers healthy eating, mental health, sleeping, and exercise. I've also included links for videos to break up the presentation and encourage discussion.

An essay template with a brief lesson on the US Constitution. This is a great reflective prompt that covers personal values and lends itself to meaningful discussion. I've done this with students as young as fourth grade and it was a very thoughtful experience.

This is a simple worksheet to practice accurately placing commas after prepositions. The teacher guide is included. This could be used as a lesson.

Elementary social studies lesson on the Hopi nation. I would pair this with reading some Hopi children's literature to the class. My students really enjoyed that.

This is a vibrant, fun lesson for young students which explores basic physics and plant science. It is preferable to print this worksheet in color. I would end this lesson with taking your students outside to play with hand spinning helicopter toys - they are very affordable on Amazon.

This is a social emotional lesson that gives students meaningful prompts for reflection, change, and empowerment. Students will need something to write with. I would suggest playing relaxing music in the classroom during this activity so students can be relaxed and have some time to meditate at the end.
