I'm using this for my elementary kids to fill out for a vision board to kick off the new year!

I created this with the intent to use it while completing the Moldy Bread Experiment. This is when you have the kids touch white bread four different ways, alongside a control piece. The idea is that the students will learn the basics of a lab report, while still touching upon all necessary parts of a lab report and the scientific method.

A quick freebie for morning work for decimal and fraction work. Also includes double digit multiplication, area model multiplication, etc.
