Simply print the document and allow your students an opportunity to add a pen and ink drawing to customize the award for your class. Give out awards to your students at the end of each marking period. My students "collect" them and place them in a plastic trading/baseball card sheet protector in their data notebook. They like the idea that they are the most valuable player on a "team" of super star learners!

Cute idea to make a little "survival kit" to give students at Meet the Teacher/Open House or the first day. Simply print and affix to paper or plastic baggie with items listed!
