There are 4 multiple choice questions and 6 fill in for a total of ten questions on each test. The tests are made the same way for a more accurate assessment. Answer keys are included

This is a Point of View & Narrative Writing Unit. This unit includes 6 tasks with engaging scenarios, rubrics, teacher notes and resources pages. Students will create a picture book as their end product. They will learn about POV, analyze picture books using story maps, complete a writing story map for a book of their own, edit, revise and complete a picture book. This is a matching activities for multiplication of 2's. Print these out on card stock and laminate. Punch holes on one side then make a slit on the other. Tie yarn or string then let the students match up the problem to the answer.

This is a sample of the Go Math by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt math series checkpoints I have created to go along with the series. My colleagues and I found the tests very difficult for our students and we wanted something shorter and simpler to see if our students were understanding the concepts taught in the lessons. I have created a short checkpoint that can be used as a quiz, review, or simply a checking for understanding page. I kept them short since our time is so limited in the classroom.
