Jamie Ewing lives a vibrant and intentional life in Raleigh, North Carolina, with his husband and their two spirited dogs, who keep the house filled with joy, motion, and muddy paw prints. A lifelong artist and creative thinker, Jamie’s world is shaped as much by color, rhythm, and story as it is by curriculum and pedagogy. He writes and illustrates children’s books in his spare time, drawing from the same well of imagination and empathy that informs his teaching. Home is both sanctuary and studio—a space where education, art, and love intersect in meaningful, everyday ways.
