This is a self made 10 problem worksheet in which students have to decide which model is shown by a whole number times a fraction problem. It is multiple choice - there are 4 sets of models to choose from for each problem. This is modeled after problems from the LEAP test for Fourth Grade.

This is the data tracker I made for my students to track the standards for each unit. The reasoning behind this is that I want them to understand why I am asking them to learn certain concepts. I want them to take ownership of their learning and be proud at the end of year for what they have accomplished.Works for any curriculum or grade level. I couldn't find the one I wanted, so I made this one. I mounted the slides onto colored construction paper. You can do the same based on your colors. This is based on 7 colors. TPT uploading as distorted the type, but once you download, you can fix.

I made a standards based assessment for math to fit the needs of my students. The thumbnails TPT is using are changing my format for some reason, but when you download you can fix the spacing.
Students have to change decimals into fractions and find common denominators for other fractions. The point of this exercise is to get students to compare and order decimals/fractions.
