A clip chart behavior system for the classroom encourages students to work towards positive behaviors.
Students clip up for going above and beyond in the classroom. Students can also clip down for not following classroom rules and directions; however, they can work to clip back up by displaying appropriate behavior.

This is a simple form that I send home with all of my students to get important information about them. I send these notes home, the parents fill them out, and I keep them in a binder in my classroom anytime I need to reference it. It is very handy when a student is sick or if there are any other issues that need immediate attention. Enjoy!
Sometimes it takes us a bit of work to stay organized in our classrooms. I have found that having areas in the classroom to store papers works really well. I created these labels for my classroom. I hope that you are able to use them in yours!
