Taking a look at what is appropriate action to take or what to say to others is important and a skill that should be learned early. A variety of scenarios involving friends, decision making, and possible situations in which a student could encounter.
You will receive the following worksheet: A means for students to write down how they feel when angry, happy, disappointed, fearful, sad, stressed, joy or pride. Keeping emotions inside and not expressing them can be detrimental to one's mental health so expression is key.

What to expect within the slides: Being able to take a look at a student example of her health & fitness journal.Student description of overall health, diet, fitness, and what she did over the summer. A series of follow-up questions for the teacher to ask and lead into a discussion or debate with regards to the choices student has made this past summer.The existence of talking points (responses) for a more active discussion.
