These tracking sheets are helpful to monitor student mastery of 4th grade Math TEKS. Write your students' names down the left-hand side. Then use the space at the top of the sheet to write down the date/activity you are using to assess the standard. Finally, record how your students did on the assessment using either a 4 point scale or a grade. This shows on-going progress and is perfect for RTI or AMI!
