There are 32 editable puzzles for teaching English/Spanish cognates in the classroom. This can be played as a whole group activity, included in stations, or used on word walls. You might even label things around the room with one part of the puzzle and have students attach the matching cognate. It is partially self-checking because of the different puzzle shapes.
