I have over 14 years of experience teaching in grammar school and middle grades. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of learners, including gifted and non-gifted students. I create structured, standards-aligned science resources that are clear and practical for classroom use. My materials are designed to support independent work, sub plans, and strong content understanding. My goal is to provide dependable resources that help teachers feel prepared and confident.

Teaching style

My teaching style is structured, purposeful, and student-centered. I believe in clear expectations, strong content knowledge, and meaningful practice. Lessons are designed to encourage independent thinking while maintaining academic rigor. I value consistency and organization, especially in middle grades, where structure supports student success. My goal is to create learning experiences that are engaging, focused, and grounded in strong instructional practice.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Throughout my career, I have been recognized for instructional leadership and commitment to student growth. I have served in leadership roles at the grade level, supporting collaboration and academic planning. Some of my most meaningful moments have come from watching students gain confidence in challenging subjects and grow into independent thinkers. Seeing long-term growth, both academically and personally, is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching. Those moments continue to shape the way I design and deliver instruction.

My own education history

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I am also certified in Educational Leadership and Middle Grades Science. My academic background has strengthened my understanding of child development, instructional design, and content mastery. This foundation supports the structured, standards-aligned resources I create for grammar school and middle grades classrooms.

Additional biographical information

Outside of the classroom, I am a wife and mother who understands the balance between professional life and family. My experiences both inside and outside of school continue to shape the way I approach teaching and resource creation. I value structure, consistency, and strong academic foundations. I believe meaningful learning happens when expectations are clear and instruction is purposeful. Education is not just my profession, but a long-term commitment.
