Blank grids for exploring Pascal's Triangle. Contains empty grids with 10, 14, 18, and 32 rows. There are many lessons for exploring Pascal's Triangle, but I could never find good blank grids that could easily be printed off so I made these.

Constructing Box-and-Whisker Plots Exercise

This is an exercise I use in my classes to review constructing box-and-whisker plots. For those who are not that familiar with their construction (5th grade), we go through it together and discuss/review their construction. For the older classes (7th grade and 8th), it is a good review exercise they can do without much guidance. Discussion while completing the exercise as a class prepares them to apply their knowledge for latter problems and assessing.

Contains a blank fraction chart the students can fill out and use as a reference. It also contains some basic fraction exercises that can be completed using the fraction chart if the students are still getting familiar with adding and multiplying fractions. As they work through the problems they should be looking for patterns that would allow them to answer the questions without using the fraction chart.

I use this handout in my middle school classes as a supplement to their notes. It provides my students with a summary of some of the problem solving techniques we will discuss throughout the year.
