About the store
Mental and emotional wellness isn't a sidebar to education — it's the foundation of it. I'm a former para, psych major, parent coach, and homeschool mom navigating ADHD alongside my kids every single day. I know what it feels like to be a student whose inner world is chaotic and whose outer world just keeps asking them to perform anyway. These resources exist because young people deserve more than coping strategies and compliance. They deserve to actually know themselves — and believe that knowing themselves is worth something.

Experience

Mental and emotional wellness isn't a sidebar to education — it's the foundation of it. I'm a former para, psych major, parent coach, and homeschool mom navigating ADHD alongside my kids every single day. I know what it feels like to be a student whose inner world is chaotic and whose outer world just keeps asking them to perform anyway. These resources exist because young people deserve more than coping strategies and compliance. They deserve to actually know themselves — and believe that knowing themselves is worth something.

Teaching style

I teach the way I wish someone had taught me — with honesty, without shame, and with the understanding that behavior always makes sense when you know the whole story. My approach is rooted in psychology, nervous system awareness, and the belief that self-knowledge is the most practical skill a young person can build. Safety comes first — always. But once that foundation is there, I shift toward exploration and curiosity, because a student who feels grounded is a student who's finally free to ask the questions that actually matter to them. I'm not interested in making students compliant. I'm interested in making them capable — of knowing themselves, advocating for themselves, and building a life that actually fits them.

My own education history

My education is two things: formal and real. On the formal side — psychology, parent coaching certification, and a trail of other certifications I now understand were ADHD dopamine hits in disguise. On the real side — growing up in the middle of dysfunction, brokenness, and emotional survival without a roadmap. I didn't arrive at mental and emotional wellness work because it sounded interesting. I arrived here because I lived the cost of not having it. The credentials gave me language. Life gave me the reason.

Additional biographical information

Outside of this store I'm a work-from-home mom of three girls living in the Midwest, homeschooling, podcasting, and running almost entirely on carbs and Pepsi. My ADHD brain is obsessed with creating systems and getting organized — which is hilarious because actually staying organized is a whole other story. I'm creative, I love building things that make life make more sense, and I have a deep belief that drives everything I do: we were made for connection. Not the performative kind — the real kind. The kind that gets rebuilt when people understand themselves, heal their patterns, and show up differently for the people around them. Rebuilding people rebuilds families. Rebuilding families rebuilds communities. That's the whole mission — in this store, in my podcast, and in my home.
