These worksheets use Kindergarten Journey's words. This activity is meant for students to search through the circles to find the three words listed at the top of the page and color them appropriately. This is a sorting activity to go along with the book: The Recess Queen by Alexis O'Neill and Laura Huliska-Beith. After reading the story, work together as a class or small group to place each statement in the correct category. This is a form that can be used by a student to express a need to meet with their school counselor. This is a great way to get an idea of what might be bothering the student before you meet with them individually. This is also very helpful for part-time counselors who may not be available every day (this can filled out and therefore letting the counselor know there's a student who wanted to talk while they were gone).
