Experience

I’m an elementary school teacher with several years of experience teaching second grade in Florida. My classroom includes a wide range of learners — from high achievers to students with diverse learning needs — which has given me a deep understanding of how to differentiate lessons and make learning engaging for everyone. Over the years, I’ve created hundreds of classroom-tested resources to save teachers time while helping students thrive.

Teaching style

My teaching style is student-centered, hands-on, and highly differentiated. I love small-group instruction, active learning, and integrating higher-order thinking skills into everyday lessons. I believe every child can succeed when given the right tools and support, and I design my resources with that philosophy in mind.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Some of my proudest moments include seeing my students exceed their growth goals on standardized assessments, watching reluctant learners become confident mathematicians, and receiving recognition from my school leadership for creating innovative, standards-aligned instructional materials. The greatest “award” for me, though, is seeing my students’ faces light up when a lesson truly clicks.

My own education history

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and am currently completing my Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction through Western Governors University. My studies focus on developing effective instructional practices and supporting diverse learners — which directly shapes the resources I create for other teachers.

Additional biographical information

Outside of teaching, I enjoy designing engaging activities, organizing classroom spaces, and connecting with fellow educators online. I’m passionate about creating high-quality, time-saving resources so teachers can focus on what matters most: their students. When I’m not working on new materials, you’ll likely find me by the water, redecorating, gardening, or spending time with my family & friends.
