These are chapter questions for the Magic Tree House Book: Adventure on the Amazon by Mary Pope Osborne.
All chapter questions are formatted like those in the preview. Reading skills include: story elements, visualizing, making connections, drawing conclusion, inferring, and much more.
I also have included brief constructed response questions, as well as vocabulary sheets in my shop that correspond with this book as well.

This vocabulary chart is used with my Adventure on the Amazon questions and brief constructed response questions.
Students complete the organizer by copying the sentence in the text, using context clues to guess meaning, then finding the definition in a dictionary. Some boxes have been left blank in case a teacher wants to add more words from the chapters
This graphic organizer can be used during a read-aloud, or guided reading to help students to see a connection between dialogue and character traits. Students can record quotes from a character and then use that to determine a trait of that character.
