This lab is designed to be used at the very beginning of a middle school science unit about waves (full unit available in my store). This Google Slides presentation can be assigned via Google Classroom and challenges students to work with a partner to create certain wave phenomena with slinkys. This experience serves as an anchor they can refer back to when being explicitly taught about wave properties later in the unit.
