When attending IEP or EMT meetings, sometimes I feel so overwhelmed and unsure of what to say at the time. I have a hard time keeping my thoughts all organized! So I created this quick and easy one sheeter to help me write down information I will need for the meetings. This one sheeter has a space where you can write down pluses (positive things about the student) and deltas (improvements) in reading, math, and behavior as well as next steps.

Everything is on one page and it has been easy and smooth planning for my groups. It is also easy to read and I can quickly scan it so I am ready and prepared to meet with my groups. Enjoy!
