About the store
I am presently the drama teacher at TISA (Taos Integrated School of the Arts), a charter school in Taos, NM, where I teach grades K-7. I have worked as a drama and writing teacher as part of the after-school Discovery program, and as the Assistant for Children and Family Services at Community Against Violence. My original plays for young people, which are available for purchase as downloads, were written expressly for my students at TISA, and have been performed as part of our drama curriculum.

The Little Prince in Egypt
Travel to ancient Egypt where Setka, a young scribe, and Nafrini, a young dancer, break new ground in paving their own creative paths. When the dark and sinister Mr. Kohl steals the souls of all the grown-ups, Setka and Nafrini, paired up with their new friend, the Little Man Who Fell from a Star, lead a youthful revolution powered by dance and the spirit of joy.

Demanding a version of The Nutcracker that is fast-paced, hip, and sensationalistic, Bigboss calls in Crackerjack and the Wizkid, a creative spin team known for their slickness and style. The souped-up makeover they propose blends elements from holiday classics and trendy references, spurring a ghostly visit from Mr. Tchaikovsky himself.
