This Google Sheets document has totally revolutionized the way I stay in touch with families! Simply copy-and-paste your roster of students in from Aspen or Powerschool along with their parents' email and cell phone numbers. I also like to include the period they have my class and their grade. You can then type in a subject + email and/or text message and hit send right there on the sheet. The message will automatically get sent in the form you have chosen from your work email. The Google Sheet
